Satay Marinade & Sauce mix (2 in 1) 100 g - Lobo

Ingredients: marinade (sugar, maltodextrin, turmeric, cumin, coriander, mustard, salt, flavour enhancer: E261, modified tapioca starch). Sauce (sugar, roasted chopped peanuts, antioxidant: E306, sunflower oil), spices (chilli, onion, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves), salt, dextrose, hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya, corn, wheat, xylose, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, colour: E150d, maltodextrin, salt, yeast extract, acidity regulator: E330), modified tapioca starch, anti-caking agent: E341, acidity regulator: E296.

Preparation: Mix the marinade with 60 ml of coconut milk, add 0.5 kg of chicken and marinate for 1 hour. Then in a saucepan, mix the contents of the sauce bag with 180 ml of coconut milk, add 3 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and cook for 15 min.
