Nam is one of the oldest meat fermentation technologies from Thailand. For the preparation of nam, minced pork with rind is mixed with chilli peppers and Lobo Nam Powder Seasoning Mix. The mixture is wrapped in banana leaves, or in plastic bags in the form of sausages. Within 24 hours, your nam is ready and can be served as a snack with ginger, peanuts or shredded vegetables.
