Ingredients: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), vegetable oil (palm olein), water, salt, emulsifier (E452) coloring agent (E160a). Caution! May contain traces of SOY. Preparation: sauté garlic and onion with shredded chicken, seafood, or any meat. Add salt, soy sauce and preferred seasoning. Put 4 cups of water or soup stock and bring to boil. Add 227g super Q special pancit canton. Simmer for one minute, stir occasionally. Simmer once again for 5 to 6 minutes or untill desired tenderness then serve.
