Mama Sita specializes in Filipino spice pastes and sauces of high quality that taste like homemade. Tocino was originally a Spanish dish and very popular at breakfast. It is made of marinated pork that is similar to the western bacon. Marinate the meat using Mama Sita's Tocino Marinade Mix (preferably overnight) and bake or grill it until crispy.
