Filipino sour soup with shrimps "Sinigang na Hipon"

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine water, radish, onions, tomatoes, and Mama Sita’s Tamarind Seasoning Paste. Bring to a boil.
2. When the tomatoes and onions are soft, add the long green beans. Cook over high heat for another 3 minutes.
3. Add the shrimps. As the shrimps turn orange, add the kangkong or spinach and long green pepper. Let the soup boil for another minute. Add fish sauce to taste.

1 pc 200 g Small radish, peeled
2 pc 90 g Red onions, peeled and quartered
4 pcs Tomatoes, quartered and seeded
1 pouch 50 g Mama Sita’s Tamarind Seasoning Paste
8 pcs 150 g Long green beans (sitaw), cut into 2-in lengths
20 pcs 500 g Whole shrimps or prawns, washed and the beard cut
1 pouch 100 g Kangkong or spinach, washed and leaves trimmed
2 pcs 16 g Long green pepper
fish sauce to taste
