Dashi No Moto, powdered fish stock 100 g - Hachi

Ingredients: salt 35%, sugar 25%, umami flavour (monosodium glutamate) 20%, powdered dried and smoked yellowfin tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) 10%, glucose 10%. Allergen: tuna (FISH)

Preparation: boil 300ml of water and add 2-3g of Dashi No Moto and stir well.
