Gimbap Tuna 240 g - Korean Food Style

Ingredients
seasoned rice (rice, water, salt, soybean oil, white vinegar, sesame oil, roasted sesame), tuna salad 16,7% carrot, marinated radish, boiled fried tofu and burdock (water, refried beans, burdock, starch syrup, soy sauce, sugar), seasoned spinach (spinach, salt, sesame oil, roasted sesame, grilled seaweed)

Preparation
Pan fry: Cut the plastic film, defrost for 1 minute in the microwave then fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add eggs or orther ingredients as desired
Oven: Cut the plastic film and heat for 3 minutes 30 seconds at 700 W.
