Preparation Heat oil in non-stick saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onions and Spice Paste, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add meat, stir-fry 5 minutes. Reduce heat, stir in water and yoghurt, bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Lift the cover and continue to simmer for another 15-20 minutes or until meat is tender and gravy is thick. Stir occasionally.
