Tapioca pearl white, large 375 g - Thai dancer

Ingredients: 100% tapioca flour.

Preparation: 

1. Add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water. Mix gently and wait for the pearls to rise to the top.
2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 25 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and leave the tapioca in the water for another 25 minutes, until the pearls become transparent and have a jelly-like consistency.
4. Drain tapioca and rinse under cold water.
