Gimbap Mushroom & Vegetable 230 g - Korean Food Style

Ingredients
seasoned rice (rice, water, salt, soybean oil, white vinegar, sesame oil, roasted sesame), boiled glass noodles (water, glass noodles, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, soybean oil, sesame oil, black pepper), oyster mushroom 8,7%, carrot, pickled radish, seasoned spinach (spinach, salt, sesame oil, roasted sesame) reasted seeweed  

Preparation
Pan fry: Cut the plastic film, defrost for 1 minute in the microwave then fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add eggs or orther ingredients as desired
Oven: Cut the plastic film and heat for 3 minutes 30 seconds at 700 W.
