Ingredients
garlic, shallot, water, galangal, soybean oil, salt curry powder (coriander, cumin, turmenic), lemongrass, chilli, coriander seeds, turmnic powder, cumin sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid
Instuctions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok. Add the paste and stir-fry for 1 minute or until fragrant. 2. Add 200 g of meat or seafood and stir-fry uuntil meeat is cooked. 3. Slowly add 240 ml of coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes or until oil appears on top, stirring occasionally. 5. Enjoy meal.
